I’m an educator at heart, drawn to understanding how we learn, adapt, and respond—not only intellectually, but through the body, our patterns, and our lived experience.
My work began through research and later took shape in the classroom, where I spent over a decade teaching biology and observing how people navigate stress, process information, and show up under pressure.
Over time, I began to recognize a gap.
Many of the skills we rely on most—how we regulate stress, work with our nervous system, and make sense of our inner experience—are rarely taught in a direct or practical way.
That realization led me beyond traditional education and into the study and practice of mindfulness, breathwork, movement, and nervous system awareness.
Today, I bring these elements together in a way that is both practical and grounded—offering tools that can be applied in everyday life.
